Print On Demand Items:

We will not be able to cancel, adjust, credit or exchange your order for print on demand items. These items are made especially for you, and go into production as soon as your order is placed. It is very important that you order the correct size - reshipments/refunds will not be given for buyer error or remorse. Should you receive a defective item, please reach out via email

Due to the nature of digital media, these purchases are not refundable.  If you are experiencing problems downloading your digital media, please reach out via email
